2008 TRACK RENTAL GUIDELINES
Memphis Motorsports Park is proud to offer race teams and the
corporate community an outstanding multi-track facility for testing,
corporate ride-and-drive programs, commercial filming and a wide
variety of special events and meetings.
This rapidly expanding Mid-South facility is located just 15 minutes
from downtown Memphis and historic Beale Street, giving each client
access to some of the Mid-South’s top attractions and landmarks,
not to mention Memphis’ world famous barbecue.
Nestled just a few miles from the Mississippi River Bluffs, Memphis
Motorsports Park houses a 3⁄4-mile banked oval, a 1.77 mile
road circuit and a 1⁄4-mile drag strip. From stock cars to
open wheel cars, sports cars to Champ and Indy Cars and dragsters
to bikers, Memphis Motorsports Park offers a first-class automotive
driving facility to all levels of competition.
Full catering and special event services are also available, and
our professional staff at Memphis Motorsports Park is dedicated
to making sure that each client’s stay in Memphis exceeds
all expectations.

Professional teams do not have to provide Certificate
of Insurance to track.

Any drag strip or road course rental that requires the track

ROAD COURSE AUTOCROSS – EVENT RENTALS (Non Spectator)
Certificate of Insurance must be provided.
Drag Strip Lot B, Drag Strip Pit Lot, and partial use
of the Road Course from turns 1-6 only, no use of the drag strip.
Ten (10) hours, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Daily Rates
$750.00 + all expenses Monday
through Friday
$1,000.00 + all expenses Saturday
or Sunday
$50.00 per hour after ten (10) hours.
Fire and/or EMS may be required for Autocross rentals at the discretion
of the track.
PARKING LOT – EVENT RENTALS (Non Spectator)
Certificate of Insurance must be provided.
Drag Strip Lot B, Drag Strip Pit Lot, Paved Oval HTV Lot,
Paved Oval Expo Lot.
No portion of the road course may be used on a parking lot rental.
Ten (10) hours, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

$500.00 + all expenses Monday
through Friday

$50.00 per hour after ten (10) hours.
No Fire-Rescue or EMS required for parking lot rentals.
DRIFTING & ROAD COURSE AUTOCROSS – EVENT RENTALS (Spectator
Events)
Certificate of Insurance must be provided.
Drag Strip Lot B, Drag Strip Pit Lot, and partial use of the
Road Course from turns 1-6 only, no use of the drag strip.
Ten (10) hours, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

$1,000.00 + all expenses Monday
through Friday
$1,500.00 + all expenses Saturday

$50.00 per hour after ten (10) hours.

OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Memphis Motorsports Park is pleased to offer full service catering,
hospitality tents, security officers, and other special requests that
may be needed to compliment your event. Please contact our Director
of Operations to request any of the options. No outside food or beverage
may be brought onto Memphis Motorsports Park property for any event.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All individuals or corporations, with the exception of NASCAR Teams,
NHRA Professional Teams and Professional Regional Race Teams, desiring
to rent any track at Memphis Motorsports Park must furnish a Certificate
of Insurance with minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage and $5,000,000
umbrella policy. All policies must name Memphis International Motorsports
Corporation, Dover Motorsports, Inc., Dover Downs Entertainment, Inc.,
its affiliates, officers, and employees must be listed as additional
insurers.
